Mindfulness-Calm App

I have found that students benefit greatly through learning mindfulness.  This app allows teachers to find and use resources for teaching meditation, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques.  It also has an area for teachers to use outside of the classroom.  It is very easy to use in both the virtual classroom and the traditional face to face class.
